Since joining RKM Capital in 2006, Sardisco has assisted clients closing more
than $2 billion in commercial real estate transactions. His focus is to underwrite, consult and assist both private
and institutional clients in arranging financing of senior debt, mezzanine and
equity financing for all types of commercial real estate products.
He has successfully closed several large portfolio transactions. One
of the structured transactions was a $260-million capitalization on
a two-million-square-foot portfolio. Sardisco has also been responsible for orchestrating annual events for youth charities.
