With only five years in commercial
real estate, all of it at Studley, Nelik
has completed three million plus
square feet of leasing deals. He is a
part of Studley’s strongest-perform-ing specialty practice division, the
corporate services group, working
on complex projects for clients including International Paper,
SunGard Availability Services and Liberty Mutual Insurance.
He has also been promoted twice in his short stint with Studley. He is active in the Real Estate Cabinet of the Jewish Federation and in the Geller Leadership Project.

Grubb & Ellis Realty Advisors, formerly Triple Net Properties. He
has played an integral role in the development of Thompson’s
acquisition platform. In his spare time, he volunteers at American
Family Housing, a local homeless shelter.
