Before his recent promotion to VP, Lin-klater was named top NAI Capital associate in Southwest Riverside County for
four years running and NAI Capital Te-mecula’s agent of the month 15 out of
the past 30 months. His interest in the
real estate business has enabled him to
build a diversified client roster of retailers, doctors, developers,
construction companies and land owners. In November 2008,
he brokered a 12-year, $4.5-million lease with a major retailer in
Southern California. In his spare time, he volunteers at Camp Del
Corazon, helping children with congenital heart disease.

foot lease on behalf of Kaiser Perma-nente in Burbank and assisting on

Citigroup Center in Downtown Los Angeles after completing
eight leases there, three of which were full-floor deals, bringing
the asset to 95% occupancy. His clients include Beacon Capital,
Broadway and Legacy Partners, the Hartford Co., Bank of NY
Mellon and non-profits Susan G. Komen and Avon Foundation.
