Hoffman has worked on more than
$664 million in real estate transactions with highlights that include
securing more than $400 million in
tax-exempt bonds for a multi-billion-dollar master-planned community,
and assisting in the acquisition of
600 gas/convenience stores from ConocoPhillips. Hoffman is
actively involved in the community, doing pro-bono work for
organizations like Bet Tzedek, Public Advocates and Public
Counsel. She is a member of the Urban Land Institute and sits
on the Young Leaders Group Steering Committee.
